Robert Drake, Director of Communications
Robert is the communications director for HNUSR. He has been intimately involved in nonprofit work for a few years having served stints at Habitat for Humanity and Job Corps. He has also worked in communications with NASA TV and WJAB radio station.
Robert develops and implements communications strategies with HNUSR’s key constituencies (students/families, community supporters, funders, prospective funders, board members) and engages in marketing and communications to promote a positive public image among HNUSR’s various audiences. He collaborates with others in the organization to achieve brand consistency, coordination of messages, and the highest standards for external communications.
Robert holds the Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from Alabama A&M University.
