Rodney Parker, Logistics & Activities Coordinator
Rodney has over 10 years of exemplary experiences in education having served as a classroom teacher in the Gadsden City, Huntsville City, and Madison City School Systems. He has a deep love for children and their learning and is particularly passionate about children who have been marginalized. Deeply committed to his faith, Rodney is extremely active with the Center Grove United Methodist Church in Huntsville.
Rodney oversees the logistical operations that support the CDF Freedom Schools team and develops processes and procedures to implement the extracurricular activities & events for all Freedom School programs.
Rodney holds the Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Alabama A&M University.
